The following are the things neighbors should follow to maintain the Etiquettes:

Show respect and consideration for your neighbors.
Contact your Local Shire or Council office and ask them what ordinances are in place to deal with problem neighbors. Ask them whether they have a Code of Behavior for Residents living in their area of jurisdiction.
One must not be noisy at all hours whether day or night.
There should not be any disorderly conduct such as drunkenness and abusiveness.
Accumulation of rubbish in plain view from the street is not a sign of good manners.
Do not litter the streets about one's home.
Do not throw things over the fence.
Do not destroy neighbor's property, plants, etc.
Do not allow your kids to be as undisciplined as yourselves.
Not to throw rowdy parties with unsavory friends.
Not to pick fights with all.
Not to come and go noisily at all hours of the day and night.
Do not use foul language.
Do not damage neighbor's property.
Do not allow your kids to use neighbor's premises.
If you are running a business from home, you should always keep away clients who cause a nuisance to others around.
If you have a party which continues after 10.00 pm, consider moving your guests inside and close all windows and doors.
